Devory is a small, actively developing team. Support today is handled directly rather than through a large ticketing system — here is exactly how it works.

Devory does not yet have open public sign-up. If you are part of the internal pilot and have an access problem, use the contact form and mention your organisation.
No paid subscriptions exist yet, so there is no billing support to provide today. This will be added once paid plans launch — see the pricing page.
Use the contact form and select the category that matches your question. Devory is in active development, so response times can vary while the team is small.
Not yet. Devory does not publish a guaranteed service-level response time for the current stage of the product. This will be revisited as support operations mature.

Billing questions will be handled through the same contact channel, using the Support or Billing category once that option is enabled.
