Billing FAQ

Does this website currently accept payment? No. This website does not process payments and no checkout flow exists on it today. No paid subscriptions can currently be purchased.
When will pricing be announced? Devory will publish specific prices before general commercial availability. The current pricing page describes the intended structure — Personal, Professional and Enterprise — without inventing numbers ahead of that decision.
How will subscriptions work once they launch? Subscriptions are expected to be billed on a recurring basis with clear terms shown before purchase. Once payment processing is enabled, Devory intends to use Stripe to handle payment collection.
Can a private pilot participant be charged? No. Devory's current internal pilot does not involve any payment collection. Participation in engineering pilots is not a commercial transaction.
Where are the cancellation and refund terms? See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy in the legal hub. Both describe how these processes will work once paid subscriptions exist.
How do enterprise agreements differ from self-serve plans? Enterprise engagements are scoped individually through a direct conversation with Devory, and any signed enterprise agreement takes precedence over the standard public terms for that customer.
